I've been sugar-free for 10 years
But I know the pain of sugar obsession. I had a terrible sugar addiction for years until I finally took action.
When I finally decided I wanted to quit sugar I was on my own and it took me a year to fully kick the habit!
I'm determined to share my process so it won't take you that long and you don't have to work it out on your own.
This 6-week programme is the process I used to get off sugar for good.

You will explore your current relationship with sugar, understand the impact of sugar on your health and well-being and learn how to recognise triggers and cravings.
This will provide a strong foundation for making positive changes.
Action Plan & Alternatives
In this stage you will create your customised action plan to quit sugar and replace it with healthier alternatives.
With practical tools and resources, you will develop an achievable plan, so you set yourself up for success.
Accountability
You will learn how to stay accountable to your goals and maintain your progress in the long term.
How to create a supportive environment, set up healthy habits, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to sustain your sugar-free lifestyle.
