Sheryl has maintained her 30kg weight loss for the past 23 years and has worked as a nutritionist & coach on the Hibiscus Coast for 13 years, sharing this way of eating with women and helping them transform their health.
Ange's life-long love of fitness was sparked from an early age, and included body building in her 20's. In 2009 she suffered a brain aneurysm, but thanks to her fitness, she had a full recovery.  She now works a group fitness coach at the Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre and Northern Arena, inspiring women of all ages to keep showing up and give it their all!
