About Sheryl 

Sheryl's passion for nutrition comes from her own journey of losing 30kgs and keeping it off for the past 23 years.  During this time she also gained and lost 40kgs of pregnancy weight.

She is passionate about helping women to get off the diet rollercoaster by sharing a food plan that works and mindset strategies to help with emotional eating and addiction, so weight that is lost is never found again!

In her spare time she loves musical theatre, singing and spending time with hubby and her 2 children (who have very 'selective' ways of eating!)
